Jessica Jaeger
MS, RD, CDN - Founder
Jessica is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist based on Long Island, NY. She holds degrees in Nutrition and Dietetics with a minor in exercise physiology. Jessica specializes in eating disorders, intuitive eating, and sports nutrition, and has worked in eating disorder treatment centers, on college campuses. She is currently an adjunct professor at Hofstra University.
Jessica's approach focuses on understanding the why behind food choices, behaviors, and patterns. By exploring the underlying influences on how and why we eat, Jessica supports clients in building a more intentional, sustainable, and supportive relationship with food.
Jessica is also active in advocacy and educational speaking focused on disordered eating awareness. She has presented for the New York Mental Health Counselors Association, Memorial Sloan Kettering, and various schools and sport teams. She co-authored a study in Nutrition Today examining disordered eating in youth and developed the parent resource Creating a Food and Body Neutral Home.
Outside of her professional work, Jessica enjoys cooking and baking, yoga, traveling, and spoiling her three rescue dogs, Penny, Duke, and Gil.
Ashley Danulevith
RD, CDN - Dietitian
Born and raised on Long Island, NY, Ashley earned a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island after studying Exercise Science and competing as a collegiate swimmer at Adelphi University.
A Registered Dietitian with Jaeger Nutrition since 2022, Ashley has supported clients both behind the scenes and in direct care while practicing as a clinical inpatient dietitian. She is known for delivering highly individualized, patient-centered care and was formally recognized by one of Long Island’s major hospital systems for providing exceptional compassion in clinical practice.
Ashley has extensive experience working with eating disorders, diabetes, cardiovascular conditions, pre- and postnatal nutrition, and general medical nutrition therapy. Ashley is an excellent fit for clients who want to improve their nutrition and relationship with food while also managing medical conditions. She takes a personalized, supportive approach that prioritizes the individual and the most current nutrition research and recommendations. In her free time, she enjoys exploring coffee shops, spending time outdoors, traveling, running marathons, and swimming.

Shirin Cox
MS, RD, CDN - Dietitian
Shirin Cox is a Registered Dietitian specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating with over 10 years of clinical experience. She supports individuals in rebuilding their relationship with food and their bodies through compassionate, evidence-based nutrition care.
Shirin has experience across all levels of care, including residential treatment, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and outpatient settings. She provides individualized nutrition counseling grounded in a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach, tailored to each client’s unique needs and stage of recovery.
Her approach is collaborative, direct, and nonjudgmental. She works closely with clients to support sustainable recovery and long-term healing while fostering a supportive environment where clients feel respected and understood.
Shirin earned her Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology and her Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University, where she also completed her Dietetic Internship. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
